When will my order be shipped?
Easy - place your order online and we'll get your order shipped within 24 hours. No problems. If you supplied us with your correct email address you will receive an email notification when your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
Probably! Please add your items to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the Checkout. The Checkout will also calculate your shipping total for you. If your country isn't on the list at the moment send us an email and we'll see what we can do.
How will my items be sent?
Items ordered within the UK will be sent via First Class Recorded Delivery.
Items ordered outside the UK will be sent via International Signed For.
Return policy
Not happy with your goods? Send them back in the same condition as received within seven days and you'll get a refund or exchange.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
